This is the title sponsorship for conference portion of this event. As the sponsor you will receive:
Your company name will be listed each time the conference is mentioned. (i.e. If your company name is Sterling Corporation, we would mention the AFEC Conference presented by Sterling Corporation or the Sterling Corporation’s AFEC Conference, named to be agreed upon.)
- Your company name would appear on all signage for the conference (approximately 8 signs)
- Your company name and logo would appear on the show program cover
- Your company name and logo would appear inside the show program in various places.

AFEC is pleased to make available private rooms to our exhibitors to be used as Hospitality Suites. The rooms are located just off the exhibit floor and are large enough (48’ x 20’) to do specialized seminars, entertainment and/or products displays and demonstrations.

One of the unique features at AFEC is a gourmet coffee cart that provides latte and espresso drinks at no charge. The espresso cart was introduced last year to rave reviews by attendees and exhibitors alike. Sponsorship of the espresso cart will include:
- Your company name in the show program as the espresso cart sponsor
- Two signs at the espresso cart with your name listed as the sponsor
BOOTH BINGO SPONSOR – $500
Limited to 1 sponsor
Participating attendees are required to get initials on a floor plan bingo card of all exhibitors on a card we will supply at registration. Participants are eligible to win valuable prizes when they complete their cards. In the past we have given away Big screen TV’s, power tools, BBQ’s, lawn mowers, Palm Pilots and more. No cost for exhibitors to participate.
